We are also always ready to send our well-trained mechanics to do a repair service in our customer's workshop. For customer with a large fleet of machines and does not have enough manpower for maintenance service, we can provide a team of mechanics to do a preventive maintenance job. Hydraulics/Transmission/Engine Rebuilds
Our workshop are full of equipments and well-trained mechanics to handle the highly technical rebuild and repairds on engines, tranmission and hydraulic components, pump and motor in the machine. Full testing of rebuilt and repaired components are performed in our workshop to ensure the optimum performance. We also provide service to install the components for our customers.
Undercarriage
Undercarriage which has been though highly abrasive and wear environment will affect the machine movement. By dismantling the undercarriage, we will analyze whether we will repair the parts to save the cost or replace with new parts and assemble them, ensuring proper track tension. We have many parts (idler, track link, track group, rollers, pin, bushing and sprockets) to support the service.
Welding & Fabrication
The Weld shop and fabrication services include stick, MIG and TIG welding. As our main operation is rebuilding the machines, our mechanics in this department are specialized in welding and fabricating of the machines and their attachments.
Hydraulic Service Shop
Our hydraulic cylinder shop has an excellent reputation for manufacturing and repairing hydrualic cylinders.
Inspection, resealing and testing are performed on every piece of hydraulic cylinders to ensure the quality. All of the hydraulic cylinders in our rebuilt machines that are out of order are sent to our hydraulic cylinder workshop.
Field Service
The field service department can be appointed to visit your sites to diagnose and repair the machine whether it is emergency breakdown of the machine or schedule maintenance. Our team can be contacted any time of the day to give advice our customers.
Paint & Sandblasting
As some customers prefer their machines to be painted after the rebuilt, we have the painting and sandblasting department to decorate the machines.
